Lets talk fundraisers; ideas, plans, etc...

I'll start.

I am thinkin about an Amtgard rummage/yard sale to help raise funds for HH. I am gonna talk to the populace this weekend about it. The idea is that it is Spring, which is usually when people tend to clean out basements, attics, storage sheds, etc... So why not bring some of your newly re-discovered yet unwanted stuff to the park one day. We can set up some tables and/or blankets to display items and most or all the proceeds go back into the group. People should bring anything, not just Amtgard related stuff. You could price each item individually or charge customers a set amount, I am thinkin $5, for a grocery bag and just let them fill the bag with whatever. There could also be some sort of refreshments for sale too, Kool-Aid or Lemonade maybe? Possibly some baked goods too?
